Returns

 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Under Shipping there is a guideline for returning.

 

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

You will also have the opportunity to get a replacement for your item. The replacement item is your choice, 

as long as it is of same value.

 

 

Shipping

 

We provide a return label with every order that you can use to return an item. Returning is free of cost.

 

 

If you wish to return your purchase, just follow these easy steps: 

1. Place the items you wish to return in the original shipping box. 


2. Complete the Returns Form and place it in the box. 


3. Attach the Returns Label to the outside of the box and return it to your nearest postoffice. 


4. After your return arrives we will issue a refund to your account within 14 working days. 


5. You receive a refund receipt email.
